The El Cid El Moro Resort is a beautiful resort and the staff were very accommodating to us. We had originally booked a lower floor which was not acceptable after we got there. The staff very graciously moved us to a higher floor which was great. As many reviews have stated, the balconies are scary with their low open railings.... more

My wife and I just completed our 10th vacation with the El Moro, El Cid. This trip as well as the trips in the past were great.
