We have stayed at Sombrero quite a few times, and are very pleased with this accommodation....it's very clean, and importantly for us very friendly...

The cooking facilities are excellent.

Located just across from the beach...with amenities close by.

A little grocery store, produce store, and a laundry , on street level. The laundry does a really good job, so no need to bring lots of clothes.

The young men in the grocery store are very pleasant...also the staff in the produce store. More

I stayed her for 4 nights in early November. This place is fantastic. I was in a 2 room suite. Full kitchen w/ lots of cabninets/counter space, breakfast table, blender, toaster micro & electric oven, full size fridge, and breakfast table. Balcony facing the street. 2 dbl beds, cable tv, private bathroom and shower.

CLEAN. Nice Staff, answered all my questions, and returned and envelope of money I had forgot after leaving. Seriously.

The spot is right across the street from the beach. There is a FANTASTIC juice place next door and is around some really tasty restaurants (not all of them tourist traps).

Best part, this place was only $40 a night (partly due to the season) but well well worth it. Almost an unbelievable value.

You also get a discount at the hotel restaurant around the corner and all access to their pool. I didn't use the pool at all because you across the street from the beach... More
