We arrived in Mazatalan on March 1 / 2014 and were taken to the Luna Palace. Ozzie and Hydi from Prona Tours as usual were there to meet us and take us to our hotel the Luna Palace. Thank you Westjet by the way for moving us from the Oceano Palace (still under renovations) to her sister the Luna Palace... More

We stayed at the Luna Palace in February 2014. I found the place to be very clean, the bed comfortable, king pillow top, The shower was great, lots of hot water and great pressure. The view of the ocean great from little balcony accessed by a sliding door. The pool was crystal clear. The staff was very helpful. especially a... More

I want to thank everyone at Luna Palace for their hospitality; they could not do enough for me, did not matter if it was the Manager, Front desk people, to the Bell boy, maid, every employee working there is fantastic. They make everyone feel like a Queen and king. I also want to say Mazatlan Mexico is one of the... More

I stayed here with my Husband in a nice suite with a gorgeous ocean view, my Father in the suite next to us and Grandparents in another. First of all, I must say that for the price I was quite surprised, this little resort is charming, clean and updated for its age. The beach is well manicured and there were... More

Granted..... The Luna Palace, is one of the older Hotels located on the Ocean Front in Mazatlan. But kit seemed to be well Maintained and the Location is perfect for everything you need. Just step off the property, your at the Bus Stop, and from there you can take the Bus, anywhere in Mazatlan. From the curbside you will find many... More

An older facility (didn't see any renovated rooms or evidence of construction crews, but maybe that's happening as it is needed). Our room was just fine and had a great balcony view. The AC worked fine however the internet was weak in the room - worked ok on the balcony (and great poolside). Our stove was very old and did... More

The Luna palace and staff met all our news! and more. It was a great location to be. The room was clean, the a/c worked great, free wifi, and excellent staff. It is an older place but it was not run down. We would go back. English was a bit of a problem but we all managed to have ourselves... More

Nicely remodeled Hotel/Condo units with great location, beach, pool, and staff. Ana in particular was on hand as we checked in, and checked back almost every day to make sure everything was to our liking and that the studio with kitchen was fully equipped and working well. We've stayed in a number of hotels and timeshares over the past 30... More

I love everything about Luna Palace and cannot wait to go back to visit. The room was very clean and had a gorgeous view of the beach. It was so nice to lay down on the conformable bed and hear the sounds of the waves at night. Upon arrival the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and made me feel... More

Hotel is a great deal for the location, pool, and restaurants near. Food was good and the service is five stars. Rooms are wonderful and clean. They make you feel at home and it's hard to leave. It is on the bus line. I would recommend this hotel for any kind of travel.
