We stayed for 4 wks in a King Jr. suite at Luna Palace! It happened to be the same room we stayed in 2 yrs ago! They have done renos! There was new kitchen cupboards, furniture, and the tub was replaced with only a shower. We thought that the improvements looked great! Love the location, within walking distance of lots... More

Stayed in a king studio, huge room overlooking the pool and the beach. we thought we were having a beach front room , it would be on the beach. Later we were told the rooms at the beach are reserved for the owners (timeshare). The only thing about being across the pool is that children can be be very loud... More

Two great weeks in warm and sunny Mazatlan on the beach in a lovely condo with balcony overlooking beach and pool. Service is tops: personal, efficient, caring. Place is immaculate, grounds are lovely, restaurant fine with ocean view and wifi. No music or water aerobics means a peaceful adult vacation. We're really unhappy about all the negative press Mazatlan is getting... More

I was very happy with our stay at Luna Palace with one major exception which I will rant about later. First the good news. The beds were super comfortable!!! I have a really hard time sleeping soundly in hotels and I don't know why. These beds were really comfortable and I didn't have as hard as a time as I... More

Only good things to say about our annual trip to Mazatlan. The Luna and the Oceano Palace Hotels are sisters. We've stayed at both. Love the Luna for the staff, restaurant, peacefulness, pool, security, view, and location. More

Luna Palace is a great place if you want a small suite hotel without all the screaming kids. All rooms are suites with kitchens and all have balconys that have both pool view and ocean view. It was partially remodeled several years ago and beds are comfortable. Prices per night or by the week e reasonable. We have stayed there... More

We originally booked at Oceana Palace, which you can read my review separately. It was not to my liking at all, so they moved us to this hotel, which was quite a bit better. So here's my review: This really is an ok hotel. The rooms are clean, they are more like a little condo, with a kitchen and a... More

I visited beautiful Mazatlan a few days ago. I found the service exceptional, the housekeeping, waiters, and front desk people are all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food by the pool and in the restaurant. The hotel is clean, only one thing. I required a stable Internet connection in my room, and I did not have this, so... More

Luna Palace Mazatlan Aug. 21-28 Luna Palace has potential and good hearted staff but it needs some owner improvements before it can call itself a Palace! Think Comfort Suits at its best with exceptional food. Great price! 8-Days for Under $270.00 USD. I could not pass up. So I took a chance and was modestly surprised on my over all... More

This has only been our 2nd time at the Luna Palace in Mazatlan. But we felt like we had been there many times. We had a one bedroom and it was very bright and clean. The maid service was excellent. Also the front staff at the desk were excellent also. If we left the hotel for the evening and we... More
