Loved staying at the Luna Palace. We upgraded to a suite and found it spacious and clean. Pool area was clean... we had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Would stay there again. More

Amazing hotel. Comfortable hotels. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful beach. Good security. Amazing bed (King Size). Hotel pool is a lot of fun with 3 water slides. Here are two facts you should know. We didn't find these problematic though. - Hotel does not have a gym. They send you to their partner hotel Oceano Palace. (My BF loved their gym though)... More

"THE GREAT STAY" We stayed at the Luna Palace from March 10th - 24th 2012 and overall had a very good stay. The LP tends to cater more to the older crowd and family units. It was very quiet most of the time, the exception being the weekend evenings when the LP hosted several weddings but even these events did... More

My husband and I were in Mazatlan March19,2012 through April 2nd. We had an amazing time. The hotel was very clean and looked after. The staff very friendly and helpful. The only concern we had was that if we wanted to drink at the pool we had to purchase drinks at the pool bar which were very expensive in comparison... More

Another year in Mazatlan. This year we stayed at the Luna Palace for 12 days. Luna is located in north end of Golden Zone area, on the beach. with many fine restaurants, plenty of shopping for a little of everything you might need and all of the amenities of the larger resorts. Our room was awwww dropping gorgeous..newly updated with... More

We really didn't enjoy our time at the Luna and left for elsewhere in Mazatlan at our first opportunity. The front desk staff aren't particularly friendly or helpful. It literally took an hour and a half for us to acquire a room service menu which involved about 5 phone calls and 2 trips down to reception (where we were told... More

Stayed here with a friend the 2nd week of February. Quick check in, we had so much help right away, getting our bags to the room, setting up the safety deposit staff, getting extra blankets etc. Staff extremely helpful. Room was awesome! 2nd floor, with balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Room came with kitchenette, electronic in-room safe, etc. The beds... More

We stayed for 9 days in early February. I was told if I was expecting the "Ritz" I would be disappointed. I was not expecting much. We had a package with U S Air and I was very nervous about the Hotel because it wasn't very expensive after you factored out the airfare. Was I pleasantly surprised. We had a... More

I took a solo trip to Mazatlan in Sep. it was an amazing trip. From Phx. to Mtz. and three nights for less than $400.00 the hotel was right on the beach, great location and safe. They have a guard 24 hrs. so I didn't worry much, took walks on the beach and enjoy the pool bar, with a restaurante... More
