I stayed here before and it's fabulous! Bringing my boyfriend this time and I cannot wait to enjoy drinks and fun in the sun in my favorite place ever!!! Hoping there's still live music and great friendly service! So excited I cannot wait!! The swim up bar and infinity pool are calling our names!!

Although I have never stayed in this resort before, I might as well done. We spend a good part of our sun time by their pool. The food is good, but the happy hour is even better. Probably the best cheapest drinks in town. Most of the waiters have been there for many many years and the best part of... More

We returned from a four day quick trip to Mazatlan. We had been there for a few hours several years earlier while on a cruise, but this is the first time we stayed overnight. I chose the Palms because of the location and the great price but mostly because of the good reviews from other people that have stayed there.... More

Stayed here 1/10-1/17 upon checking in, using our time share, we asked for a room with a balcony. We already had an ocean view but they charged us $20 a day for this option. When I asked why they said it was their policy, When I told them that we did this last year and were not charged they just... More

I like to thank you for your comments even so I find them somewhat misleading. The Time Share room you purchased from RCI was exactly the room we gave you, Rm. # 105 located at the tennis court. You requested another room on the 5th floor and ocean view, which was priced $65.00 above the price you paid for the... More

I live near this hotel over winter. I sometimes used to drop into the hotel lobby for coffee. The most recent occasion (I will NOT be returning) I bought a coffee, served in a cardboard cup, and pastry at the desk in the lobby, and went to sit overlooking the sea. When I had drunk 90% of the coffee I... More

The Palms Resort never has or will recycle disposable coffee cups! We are only using disposable cups manufactured by “SOLO Traveler” LTD. The same high quality cup “Starbucks” is using for their clients. In future when you have a comment like, The Palms Resort is using cardboard cups etc. think what you are saying. We do not serve pastry, Cinnamon... More

We stayed at this resort while we were in Maz. It saved our holiday. We made a reservation at the Best Western and were booked in the wrong one. We were meeting people and the place we were was way too far away, so we looked down the strip and Halleluiah the Palms had a room we could have and... More

We are just finishing our 2 week stay over Christmas with a family of 5. We love the central location, small intimate resort where everyone knows who you are and cares about your stay. We used both the ocean and the pool and enjoyed the quality service. The food and beverages were good and was enjoyed by all the members... More

Right now I hear the ocean waving onto the beach. I see palm trees sway and uninhabited mountain islands with mysterious beaches. Ice coffe from fridge with fat free yoghurt and fruit make for healthy breakfast to start another brilliant day in Mazatlan. We have made use of central location and been pleased with activities and culture available. Front desk... More

This hotel is good, average. This is not a fancy all-inclusive resort but it's good for the price. The food is ok nothing special. The drinks were good and cheap, they had a "happy hour" special from 3pm to 7pm, the drinks were very cheap. This is a beach front hotel which was nice, the view from our room was... More

We spent a long weekend here with the kids. The pool is great. The team are helpful. Food is not brilliant, but there are good options close by. 2 downsides are: you are not advised to swim in the sea in front of the hotel and they don't at all address night noise. It was like a youth hostel with... More
