We had never been to Mazatlan before this trip, and we will definitely be going back. We stayed on the third floor in building B, in a one bedroom family - and it was not what we expected. It was a gorgeous room, with a spacious bathroom and vaulted ceilings. The beds were quite small and uncomfortable - but that... More

Great staff, beautiful grounds, convenient location. On bus route. Great pool. Wow beach. Great restaurant. The ceviche is marvelous at resort. Good restaurants nearby. Go north to end of beach for best place to eat. We will go again. Take city tour. Buy shrimp and take back to room to cook.

This resort is located a little far from the Golden Zone (shopping) and the Historical zone (site seeing). That being said. A 10 peso bus ride will take you there very easily. Taxis will set you back about 100 pesos each way. Mazatlan is a large city. This hotel is north of all the action but has a lovely beach.... More

We just returned from an 8 night stay in one of the four bedroom penthouses and it was AWESOME! We wouldn't be able to afford the points to do that every year but as a special treat it was well worth it! The sweeping views from both the downstairs and upstairs balconies were amazing, the private hot tub, separate full... More

Great pool and located right on the ocean. Super food and a wonderful staff!! Close to the Marina for boating and fishing. Not far from a nice golf course and extremely nice rooms. We have been going here since 1999 and have found it to be extremely consistent and inviting.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a place that all ages could enjoy. This trip it was just my husband and I. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The little market on site had most anything you needed. The only down fall only one restaurant on site. We would stay there again.

We have been VI owners since 1998. This was our first time ever in Mazatlan. Our VI experience has taught us to expect good value but nothing out of the ordinary. Our four day stay there was more than the ordinary. Our condo was in Building A on the 3rd floor looking right out on the long strand of beach... More

We are so excited you enjoyed your first stay at Torres Mazatlán. Thank you for your kind words. You are correct, not all of the units are refurbished yet. Our next phase of refurbishment will begin this August 2014. We hope you will come back again soon! More

Spent 10 days there. With friends and their family. If you can't relax their you can't relax. The vendors on the wall were great and honest. If they don't have it they will get it for you. Food was great. Happy hour was awesome. Happy hour 12-2 and 4-6 drinks are one for two. Only about 25 ft from pool... More

I am a VI owner and this was my second time to Torres. The first was 6 years ago - before half of the land was taken over and then reclaimed. It was sad to see the grass wasn't green yet, but it was also good to see that it was on it's way. The tennis courts are back, the... More

The resort is a very relaxing place to be with a great view of the ocean from virtually any guest room. The property has been re-expanded to its original size so there are p;lenty of places to sit and enjoy the pool, ocean, bar, etc. The staff is also very attentive and friendly with any needs quickly attended to and...
