Torres Mazatlan is a beautiful resort. We had a penthouse so it was a nice setup with our own bbq and jacuzzi on a deck that overlooked the pool and beach. July was hot and humid. Our 2 biggest complaints are bugs and flooding. We stopped counting the large black beetles we killed each morning when we got to 100.... More

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the restaurant and staff there...When we arrived the hotel had just been informed that they had been reported to have had Legionnaires Disease so they were taking every precaution to prevent further contamination, Even offered to move guests to another facility if they wished.... They brought in bottled water to each room and held... More

Thank you for your kind words we will pass your comments on to the staff. Just to clarify for yourself and future guests, that despite the presence of very low but safe levels of legionella bacteria in 2013, there has never been Legionnaires Disease at TM and that all water storage and plumbing faculties have been upgraded to the high... As other reviewers have previously stated this resort is just like being at home. Our particular room had the best view ever of both the beach and the pool area. The atmosphere was relaxed and the people were very friendly. The resort isn't what I would consider a 5 star BUT it was very charming and clean with the typical... More

This is the first statement made to us as we walk through the gates on every one of our return visits. It is repeated at every part of the check in process. In addition we receive many hugs from the employes and inquires about our health our families. The resort is charming. No it doesn't have the glitz of the... More

Welcome Home...are the beloved words you hear each time you arrive at Torres Mazatlan! :) We recently returned from our 5th annual vacation to our favorite Mazatlan resort...and couldn't miss it more. From the moment you arrive to the depressing moment you must depart and head home you are treated like family. Nothing but a great time is had at... More

The penthouse is gorgeous and with a jacuzzi in the patio overlooking the sunset it was hard to leave this place. The sunsets were incredible every night, and the kitchen and bathrooms very clean. We did get a few calls from maintenance that weren't relevant to our stay, and not many maintenance employees could speak English very well. The restaurant... More

We visited with another couple and actually stayed in three different rooms, the last was needing a little attention but the other two were wonderful, beds were comfortable kings, bathrooms huge, kitchens had everything you need wonderful balconies. There were a wide range a vacationers, staff were very helpful and friendly. Very easy to take the bus into town for... More

Staff is friendly but does not offer great service. Cement couch, 19" TV, semi -comfortable bed. the place shuts down at 10pm. An older crowd. La Palapa, food ok, overpriced. Great beach, able to walk and play in ocean. Great views. A little ways away from the golden zone and any action. Basically 120 pesos from anything via taxi, on... More

The rooms are currently undergoing a facelift. We are staying in an older room, so this review is based on that. The furniture in the room is uncomfortable. If you plan on staying in the room for extended periods, you will likely not be thrilled with the couch. The bed was VERY firm, but it was comfortable. We did not... More
