I stayed in this hotel for a couple days after Christmas so the room was really quiet, the pool was great and the location was ok, the place is perfect for young couples and friends. There are a couple small markets called oxxo within walking distance, you should visit plaza machado for dinner, there are a few italian and mexican... More

Although this hotel looks nice, it is just average and at normai rates, waaay overpriced. Pros: Nice looking Nice pool Decent rooms Great location Food is ok Cons: Staff is not qualified. They barely respond when asked anything. Room had lots of little details that let you see the hotel has seen better days. Corridors were constantly littered with trays,... More

Let me say that I booked this hotel based on the pictures on the site that I usually use when booking places to stay. Yes, the pictures are accurate, but they do not reflect the main areas of the hotel. This is a three star hotel, so don’t expect anything else, like I did. Having high expectations on arriving here,... More

We stayed from March 15, 2014 for 2 nights. We choosed there, because our friend had a party there. We had problem in check in, because we booked as master junior suites, but they send us standard room. It is very common to have this kind of mistake in Mexico, even you argued, they can not do anything. We asked... More

You will not be in the room much if you are a true traveler. The place was pretty nice. It was an expensive room. We wanted the ocean view but it was way over priced as well. The breakfast was great! The dinner and happy hour was fairly cheap. Nice staff in the kitchen. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

The place was bad from the start, very overpriced, average to ugly room, slow service. The did not clean the room until we called and it was around 4pm. Too much noise, very bad parking and valet service, overall you pay too much for what you get.

I have come to the emporia on multiple occasions...the only thing I have to say is that they have a hot water problem. Taking a shower with a constant water temperature is impossible...if someone else in the hotel uses hot or cold water (not sure what the issue is) the water temp jumps drastically.,..EVEN with this problem i love the... Now I am not one to complain but this hotel is one I would not recommend. It was an overall poor experience.
