This is a very nice Hotel for the price. We stayed on the 18th floor we had a balcony and a very nice ocean view. The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The Hotel has one computer for all guests, but they have wireless Internet in the lobby. There is a few... more

The service and the staff were wonderful. Some rooms left a bit to be desired as they were on the corner and very windy, no insulation in the windows...we were freezing..however there was no problem changing the room. WARNING..POOL LOOKS GREAT BECAUSE NO ONE USES IT...FREEZINH COLD...HOT TUB WAS YELLOW BECAUSE OF ALL THE KIDS USING IT AND THE WATER... more

My wife and I stayed here from 11-23 through 12-5. From check-in to check-out it was great. They gave us an upgraded room on the 10th floor corner with panoramic views of the ocean. The room was spotless and the maid service was consistently great. We also had some little fruitfly type bugs in one spot and bought some spray... more

Stayed at the Las Flroes for 2 days last week. It was pretty clean, staff were friendly and eager to help you, but reservation complications were numerous. Hotel Restaurant was good, location of hotel ideal. I would stay again, but won't since I probably will not go back to Mazatlan, more

Our holiday in Mazatlan was amazing! Our party of 10 ranged in age from 9 to mid 60's. The staff at Las Flores were more than accomodating and the location couldn't have been better. Best beach in Mazatlan! The facilities needed at little updating but were exceptionally clean since all you are really doing is sleeping there. The trip to... more

Been to Maz nearly a dozen times. Stayed at Las Flores twice. Really enjoyed the set up, pools and beach. The location is great and the size of the hotel is perfect for Mazatlan. I would definately recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a small, centrally located, easy going place. Stayed in both the suites and a... more

Have stayed here 12 times for 2 wks. at a time in last 15 yrs. Great for a Mexican style hotel, but definitely not a 5-star resort. Great location in middle of Golden Zone, best beach in Mazatlan, friendly staff, clean suites all facing the ocean, extremely reasonable with additional $50 per week in bar credit, & food discounts, too.... more

Just got back from a weeks stay at Las Flores and overall we were pleased with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and Adriana at the front desk remembered my name every time I went to the front desk. The rooms were nice, nothing fancy but livable. We booked a studio room with a kitchenette and a... more

Las Flores was a happy surprise! We had always stayed at other hotels in the Golden Zone in the past, but this year stayed at the Las Flores. Wow! It’s nice! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff spoke perfect English and was always pleasant and helpful. If you get an ocean front room you’ll be treated to... more

We visited the Hotel Suites Las Flores (beach resort) from April 11 - 22. We were there for the motorcycle week, to be tourists, and, to visit friends and family in Mazatlan. We (along with dozens of others) parked our bike out in front of the lobby with no worries whatsoever. The Security team, bellmen, and quite frankly all of... more
