We had a great experience at the Costa de Oro in Mazatlan. Super friendly and helpful staff and great food at the Adobe Restaurant. For all the negative press about the violence in Mazatlan we saw none and felt completely safe there.

My grandfather owned a time share here and I've been a couple times. The staff, especially Victor (the manager) and Pancho & Javier (activities coordinators) are fantastic.
