Has the heading suggests this was a perfect Hotel/Resort On arrival I asked for the accommodation to be in the older section,it was great the style is very Mexican our view was the Flamingo's and the pool/ocean could not ask for better. This hotel from the moment you arrive smells amazing my daughter and tried to find out what they... More

Our stay was from April 14- 24 2010. We loved the hotel! The style is very Mexican – lovely tile, terracotta colours, wood, fish ponds, gardens, aviaries… all surrounded by the sound of the crashing waves – heaven! I went with my 13 year old daughter, her friend and my mother. The hotel had plenty to offer all of us.... More

I'm sure this is a fixable thing and the resort seems like they will. We stayed in Feb for a week (trade through RCI). Beautiful units although slightly dated. There was a kitchenette with lots of tiny tiny ants. Over any food, plates, pans, etc. The ants extended out into the bedroom too due to little cracks in the caulking.... More

We are not owners but return to PBM each year for 6 yrs. We first started to visit Maz. in 1983 so have seen lots of changes and have stayed in a variety of hotels. When you step in to check in you are remembered. When you sit at the pool you are remembered. Stop at Cilantros and you are... More

We just returned from 10 days at Pueblo Bonito-Mazatlan Resort. Our Jr. Suite was nicely decorated. It's not a brand new hotel so don't expect the Ritz but it has been kept up well. We thoroughly enjoyed having a kitchenette that had a decent size refrigerator. We opted for a Jr. Suite rather than a deluxe suite as the internet... More

Pueblo Bonito and Mazatlan are definitely a tourist spot. If you are interested in timeshares and tourist traps then this is the place for you! The hotel itself is fine and very comfortable except for the internet access. A 4 star hotel should offer good free wi-fi. The free internet was as slow as dial-up and if you wanted the... More

“ Just Returned from Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan ” Feb 28, 2010, 11:06 PM My husband and I got back on the 2/26 and we had great weather and the hotel was very nice. When we checked in the lobby was pretty busy. The front desk guy who helped us told us he had to upgrade us to a suite because... More

Pueblo Bonito has to be one of Mazatlán's most beautiful resorts. From the moment you check in the lobby you know that you're in for a treat. The staff is awesome, they're so attentive and willing to help you without hesitation that you just feel welcomed and at home. They have awesome restaurants with great food and wonderful pools for... We stayed at the PB Maz for 6 days, mid Feb, 2010. Excellent choice for what we were looking for which was a relaxing stay on the beach. More on that to follow. First, a tip to avoid the obnoxious pressure on time share stuff at Emerald Bay that begins when you exit customs: Once you pass through customs, you... More

Never having been to Mazatlan before, we were alarmed at how large a town it is. Mazatlan lies on the west coast of Mexico just south of the Baja Peninsula and has a population of 750,000. So rather than an intimate fishing village experience, it was kinda like staying at Bondi beach ie a city beach resort. The actual hotel... More
