Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan is a very comfortable, practical and well maintained resort. It's not over the top but it is definitely above average. It's not the epitomy of luxury and it's not a boutique hotel, and those may be its' greatest assets because instead of feeling like you're in a gallery where you better be careful you don't break anything,... more

I was probably the only European in the entire huge resort of Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. This place felt like little "USA". I am well travelled, visited many many countries all around the world and this hotel resort really impressed me. Especially the staff is very efficient, nice and professional. I liked both their restaurants, the service was fast, food was... more

My wife and I have been visiting Pueblo Bonito regularly for over ten years. This is my favorite property in Mazatlan. When this property was originally built it was considered somewhat remote. Now, with the development of the new Mazatlan harbor the PB is more centrally located. The staff at this property seldom turns-over and this results in first class... more

We were enroute to PV and stayed in Mazatlan for a couple of days to visit with friends who live there. Of all the hotels on the strip, we selected PB for its environment and staff. It is one of the best timeshare facilities in Mexico. We enjoyed their superb Sunday brunch and noted that many people came from outside... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable. We had two double beds which I think is the norm, I can't remember if they had king beds or not, but we weren't on a honeymoon so we were fine with it...... The resort has a great charm and abmience... more

Just a heads up to any bride/groom that is looking for a place to hold a wedding....this is NOT the location unless you're willing to gamble that the wedding will actually even occur. When we first started contacting Pueblo Bonito in July, we were transferred to 4 different employees, who "supposedly" was the wedding coordinator....still unsure who actually is the... more

Good The room was Clean and that is a must for me! The sunsets were fantastic. Our room was set-up with everything you needed. All we did was walk to the corner store buy food & drinks and wella. The sand is soft and peddlars are plenty. Middle class resort Sorry people But not #1. due to the Lack of... more

I have stayed at the Pueblo Bonito in Mazatlan several times and at the location at Emerald Bay. As a single traveler I prefer the Hotel located in Mazatlan for its close proximity to all city sites including the central plaza with its cafes, the mercado , churches, and other hotel restaurants and beaches. It is THE quintessenmtial Mexican Hotel... more

Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan was amazing. Me and my girlfriend went on a 4 days/3 nights stay at this fabolous hotel and we both loved it. It was our first vacation together and I was glad that we weren't disappointed. When we first arrived at the hotel, we could tell that it was well maintained and very clean. All the employees... more

Our stay at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan was AMAZING! The staff is super friendly and memorable! Everybody is happy to meet your every need. They know you’re there to have a good time and want you to recommend them as well. Our room was always impeccably clean and cold. The only odd thing was that the humidity was so high that... more
