Love this hotel! We have been coming for years and I can't say enough about the amazing service, fun activities by the pool and the great views from the room. The people genuinely care about you and want you to have the best time. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I recommend this place to everyone!

I have been going to PB Mazatlan since 2005. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating. The hotel is clean. Manuel Is my favorite Bellman and remembers me from year to year. The exchange rate is typically higher than the currency exchange. My only complaint is the internet is not free nor is it very fast. Highly recommend.

Loving Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan! The staff is fantastic so friendly and fun! Especially the Activities staff - Eduardo, Cindy, Jazmin and Angle! They helped my fiancé pull off a perfect proposal on the beach! Our room is beautiful, the food is great! I will never forget this vacation and can't wait to return! My husband, my son, his girl friend and I just returned from a trip to Mazatlan. Our stay at Pueblo Bonito was great. The Junior suit has two queen size beds, a kitchenette and a living area. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. The food was OK, I'm vegan , so I didn't have a... More

We just returned from a week at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan on the all inclusive plan. I have to say the grounds and setup of this hotel are perfect. We had a junior suite with a patio on the ground floor facing the quiet pool and the ocean, so the view was spectacular. The rooms are older and need a few... More

Our stay is always wonderful at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. From check in at the front desk, Patty is so helpful & we always get the room we request. The bell boys always make us feel welcome. They say "welcome back to your home". Bar waiters never have you waiting for a drink or service. Loved antonio, Juan & oscar. Dinner... More

While this resort is starting to age, it has a location close to so many good restaurants. We didn't do the all inclusive, but with many restaurants within easy walking distance, that was no problem, starting with Pancho's right across the street. We had a one bedroom suite with a partial kitchen and a deck overlooking the quiet pool and... More

I have been to Pueblo Bonito several times and each time has been great! The food and value of the all inclusive is phenomenal. The service, the transportation to and from the airport and to and from the Gold Zone is great! Rooms are nice, entertainment in Kelly's is provided by David Rodriguez and he is fabulous! I love this... More

If you are looking for a small Mexican style hotel with great staff and all a la carte food. This may be the place for you. On the North edge of the golden zone it is known as the best beach in Mazatlan. No seaweed like at emerald bay. The staff is so attentive and friendly you will make friends... More
