My now husband and I stayed at Pueblo Bonito in October of 2012. The hotel itself was lovely, service was terrific, restaurants were very good, and the pool time fun was terrific. We got married at this hotel during our stay, and the staff really did a fantastic job putting it together. My husband and I prefer to not stay... More

We keep coming back to Mazatlan for a host of reasons, but the number one reason is because of the people. No matter if you are strolling around Plaza Machado in the evening, checking out the art galleries down town, going to the cinema, or a baseball game, dining and dancing at the Marina, enjoying the fresh local seafood in... This hotel is very nice looking in arrangements, but needs up dating now. Some place need to be cleaned more times and better. The food is above average and the employees try to help and service. I recommend this hotel as above average for this area. The views are excellent if you have the ocean view.

Our family stays here every time we travel to Mazatlan and every time it's just like coming home. You feel well taken care of and can just relax. My daughters and I planned a trip to Mazatlan this spring. We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay but took the first bus to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan when we could. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. Samuel Reyes was our activity specialist. He certainly went above and beyond to help us do all we wanted to do and... More

Great resort location in Mazatlan. The resort staff are the best that you can find, facility is getting older and is in need of modernization. The current timeshare are expiring in 2017 and it is not yet know what the resort plans are after that year.

This hotel is older and dated but the service is still Pueblo Bonito level. Beds are comfortable and on the firm side. So I take it you are reading these because you can't decide where to stay? Do you want to go to Mazatlan to relax, enjoy some peace & quiet, hang by the pool all day and not really... More

We celebrated our anniversary in February and wanted to visit the Pueblo Bonito Rose in Cabo but they were filled. We didn't want to come to Mazatlan, but wanted to go on a certain date, so we decided to go. What a surprise. It was a quick flight from Mexico City. The resort was on a peaceful cove in the... More
