We celebrated our anniversary in February and wanted to visit the Pueblo Bonito Rose in Cabo but they were filled. We didn't want to come to Mazatlan, but wanted to go on a certain date, so we decided to go. What a surprise. It was a quick flight from Mexico City. The resort was on a peaceful cove in the... More

We started of our family road trip, being 18 people, 9 children, and got to Mazatlan extremely tired and hungry. When we got there, we had to find out they over booked and did not have our rooms. We had booked the luxury suites, and were offered normal rooms in exchange, which meant, we could only fit 15 people. That... More

My daughter & I stayed at PB Mazatlan for 3 days during the first week of May. The resort is in definite need of updating. The lobby is not at all impressive...a hodgepodge of dated furnishings. The hotel does not live up to its great location with beautiful beach and nearby restaurants and bars. We stayed in a 1 bedroom,... More

First of all, let me start by saying that I have been a fan of Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán and have stayed there at least two other times. I considered this to be one of my personal favorite hotels in town, so I didn't hesitate to book here for this summer. Unfortunately...I have to say that they seem to be losing... More

We had our wedding at PB Mazatlan in November 2012- our day was perfect!!! Thanks to Wendy!! We had 33 guests. My father is a timeshare holder and had taken us there in January of 2012 - after heading back to canada to find out our venue in our home town had double booked us it was an easy switch... More

I recommend this hotel because of the beach, the staff, the rooms, the food isn't the greatest. But it is nice to stay in a prestigious hotel. it must enhance state's experience by providing more activities and offer new and other services like free Internet.

I would highly recommend Peublo Bonito Mazatlan. The staff are very helpful and very friendly! The provide activities during the day that keep people of all ages occupied and having fun. The beach is very beautiful, it offers a diverse atmosphere. The vendors are very friendly also, they don't bother the people too often either. Overall it's a great resort!

Overall the hotel is average. We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 6. It had 2 full sized beds in the bedroom and a very small, old futon in the living room. There is no way 2 kids could sleep on it. The food at the restaurants was very good, I would definitely do the all inclusive again.... More
