My family had a great experience at this Riu. The pools were amazing. At the buffets there is definitely something for everyone. Check in was quick. Lobby and public areas beautiful although no A/C in lobby. Wifi in lobby (hot) sitting there. Room was immaculate, and bathroom very roomy and clean.
