Grounds are beautiful with 8 pools. All staff was helpful and friendly and polite. The food was abundant and good. Drinks also. Rooms are spacious with private balconies. I have stayed at top hotels and paid exhorbitant rates and found plenty to complain about. At $139.00 (priceline) for two persons this felt like a steal. Really enjoyed four day stay. more

Unless you upgrade to Premier status, the hotel gives you a hard time in redeeming your ala carte dinners. Rooms are very noisy. They charge for internet access unless you are Premier. more

Have a great time in the sun, at the pools and beaches. However, eight of us in the group all got bed bug bites and we were in 2 seperate rooms. I got them from the pull out couch and my husband and kids got them from the beds. Not so great to sit around and itch for a week!... more

The resort is breathtakingly gorgeous. It is well maintained. All employees were friendly--some more than others--none was unfriendly. The food was wonderful, and this is what we were so nervous about after reading people's reviews. It was delicious, varied, fresh, lovely to look at.
