We've just returned from a week at Las Hadas over the Christmas/New Year's holiday. We booked our all-inclusive package (air, hotel, all meals and beverages) through our travel agent in September. At the time, Las Hadas was #5 on Trip Advisor; however, by the time we left, it was down to #10. Needless to say, we were a little concerned.... More

Las Hadas is truly magical and a gorgeous resort. If you want a relaxing, beautiful scenery, warm weather, great golf, yummy food, super value for inclusive package, lovely beach, nice people, good service, come to Las Hadas. If you can't relax here, then forget it. You don't need to vacation anywhere.

There are negatives and positives about this hotel. If you read through all the previous reviews, you'll get a pretty good idea what to expect. The negatives that I expected proved to be true: This is an older hotel in need of updating (Indeed, the furniture in the lobby looks like something from The Salvation Army/faded and worn!). The pool... More

We decide to spend the 2004 thanksgiving days (Nov25 thru Nov 28) at this resort and we got a very good service since we cheked-in. We received two rooms interconnected, as we requested, both rooms has all amenities of a 4 starts hotel (AAA Rating). We noticed that both rooms was totally refurbished recently. everything was working (air condition, water,... More

We spent a week at Las Hadas and unless they do some major improvements, we will not return. First, the positives about the resort: The grounds are beautiful, the pools are refreshing, the beach is adequate and the snorkeling just off shore was wonderful, the staff were friendly and tried to accomodate, in fact, every request was answered with a... If you plan on signing up for the "golf package" at the Las Hadas resort there are a few things you should know. Yes, the green fees are included in the package BUT a cart is NOT. How much do they charge for a cart you ask? In the U.S. you will pay on average $20 but here at Las... More

First, I gave this hotel a "average" rating since I needed to evaluate it against other 4 star hotels. But if you can get low $100 nightly rate, it's a good value. We knew from other reviews that this hotel was a little older...need of renovation, but when we checked into our room (towers), the quality level was of that... More

Las Hadas was extremely disappointing. We paid more for two nights here than on any vacation, ever, in our lives, and got the least in return. This hotel is past is glory days and shows it in everything. The sides of the pool are scummy, the upholstery in the rooms is stained (we had our room changed 3 times! and... More
