9 times I have stayed at this resort, and the staff has become more like family then staff. They are always courteous and friendly, and bend over backwards to make your stay the best. Dorado Pacifico does not have a fitness center although the Westjet Vactions website information says they do. Both my wife and I received several flea bites on our calfs while sitting out at the pool and beach area, very itchy and annoying. It is a sad state affairs when a hotel is on a perfect site (beach, weather), has a well-trained, efficient and friendly staff yet disregards the NOISE LEVEL of booming music -- from its grounds -- private parties which play loud booming music -- I kid you not -- until 2:30 in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to be used prior to Novemeber unless you would like loud parties, loud music, running through the floors at 3 in the morning knocking on doors, and vomit in the elevators.
