The rooms were discusting, we changed three times. The first time the water would not drain from the tub, then the next room we had so many little bugs, we had to use hair spray to kill then(they were all over, bathroom, bedroom) just gross) then finally they gave us the third room which we had to pay more for... more

Well we just got back from Ixtapa Mexico staying at the Presidente. We read all the reviews before we went and we were very concerned about what we were going to see when we got there. Once again we went back to the Inter-Continental Presidente in Ixtapa. We had a great time and great weather as usual. We could see that the hotel is repairing certain things and trying to make the hotel look nice. This is our 7th time to Ixtapa and the 4th time staying here. We arrived on February 11, 2009 to a beautiful day in Zihua -85 degrees and sunny. It was like that all week. My husband and I stayed as part of an event that doubled as a vacation. In general, the staff that we meant were very very very friendly and that was wonderful.
