While there were several aspects we enjoyed about Las Brisas, the negative experiences cancel most of those out. To start, the grounds are beautiful and a pleasure to walk around and enjoy the views. The location is good, since you'll want to go into town for some real Oaxacan food. The "mexican" restaurant on grounds of the hotel served bread... more

This was our second trip back to Las Brisas Huatulco as we enjoyed it so much in March 2008. We are planning our 3rd trip back in early 2010. There are many truths in the other reviews. Yes, there are lots of steep stairs - the plus here is that you have the opportunity to walk off all the Cerveza's... more

We traveled to Las Brisas for a 4 day vacation. This was an excellent place to stay. There is a lot of complaining about the stairs but the shuttle is great! We never waited more than 1 minute for the shuttle. They were always friendly and helpful - we had a 4 year old and a 9 month old with... more

My husband and I stayed one night at the Huatulco Las Brisas Resort after our flight out of Mexico was cancelled - not due to swine flu, but mechanical failure of the aircraft. About 60 passengers were put up by Continental Airlines with a room, meals (no alcohol), and taxi vouchers from and back to the airport included at no... more

If you are looking for a beautiful unspoiled place to visit, haultulco is for you. We enjoyed low to mid 30's temp. every day with lots of sun. We stayed at las brisas from March 16-23. Lets start with the huatulco airport. The line up at customs was very slow. No need to be in a hurry, your not going... more

We stayed at Las Brisas from March 06- 20. We had asked for a king size bed but was told that we would have to wait two days. I was really not interested in having to stay unpack for two days so we decided to stay where we were. The room was clean, roomy, and a nice view. It would... more

Las Brisas on Tongolunda Bay in Huatulco is a piece of paradise on earth. The beautiful hotel grounds, which includes botanical gardens, park areas, a dozen tennis courts, a soccer pitch, swimming pools and three golden sand beaches, overlooks the bay to the east and south. There is four sections of rooms throughout the grounds and I suspect there is... more

My bf and I went to Las Brisas on March 27th after reading many of the reviews here. The things that stood out among the reviews were the amount of stairs at the resort and that the food wasn't that great. (We are in our 30's and 40's) We stayed in the Stars portion, which is the second complex over... more

First time to Las Brisas-Huatulco. The location is very beautiful, and quiet with great beaches and attentive staff. All service from front desk to maid service to food service was excellent! We hired a local fisherman on the walkway between the sports and swimming beach -Gregorio, and we watched dolphins and fished. This was good value and he also took... more

As the headline says, this is a tough review to write. Six of us traveled to this resort March 17-24 and really loved the resort and the surrounding area. While there I made note of things I thought I would put in my review and almost all were very good but 4 of the 6 of us came home with... more
