The elevator didn't work, the pool water was pretty murky although lots of people were complaining about it, the safe in the room didn't work and they don't have an ice machine, we asked for some and they brought us about some of it.

This is a great hotel. The rooms were basic, but always clean and comfortable and we always felt safe. Everyone here was super friendly. Communication could be tricky since English is not as widely spoke in this area of Mexico as others- but this wasn't a big deal and we learned a few more words ( a phrase book or... More

My hubby and I stayed at La Isla last week. We found the hotel clean, safe, friendly and best of all, quiet. They played music in the early evening but it all is quiet by 9pm. We visited friends at Villa Blanca and while that hotel is also nice, it was always very busy. At La Isla, we often had... More

Just got back home to Canada after staying here a week and as the more recent reviews indicate, things must be much better than in the past. Check-in went smoothly and our room was very clean when we arrived and house-keeping did a great job each and every day. The air conditioning and shower worked very well and we found... More

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Well located and the beach club Latitude 15 at 5 minutes (by car) from the hotel is also very clean, cheap drinks, beds facing the ocean that offer shade. We brought a cooler with food and drinks and the employees never bothered... More

The hotel is very clean; rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable; very friendly helpful staff. All of the rooms face the courtyard with a large pool. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to all beaches and downtown by very short and inexpensive taxi rides or walk to downtown 15 minutes. A great place to stay and explore... More

Wife and I stayed one night at end of a trip. Had nothing but a good experience. Nice pool and beach club. Didn't eat at the restaurant. Only problem was iffy wifi in room. Nice clean place and good price!

I can't believe the reviews i have read about this hôtel. This is a very nice place to stay, close to everything. You can take a cab to go anywhere, it is very cheap. You can take the van from the hôtel to go to the beach club wich is beautiful and there is nobody there, you're all alone. The... More
