Facilities are very good fit for a restful vacation. Pool invade your entire sight and the rooms are just fine. If you have the possibility of renting the room with the inside pool, you will also enjoy the perfect state of rest. Service, unparalleled. Buffet as everywhere, a bit expensive and non-variate but fair enough. Chapulines in the breakfast bar... More

First time to Huatulco. Glad we choose the Camino Real Zaashila. This resort is an intimate resort, laid out on a small, but not steep grade. Stairs were never an issue, there is a golf cart type shuttle if required. A private beach where palapas line the grand pool and the beach front. Cool evening breeze, fresh food served ocean... Overall this was a fantastic deal and the people could not have been kinder. However, English was such a problem and even ordering food, checking in, getting towels at poolside was problematic. A caution if you have small children or a handicap it would be best to really ask about the stairs as there is no elevator and the ramps... More

Very nice, relaxing and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks are wonderful and premium!!!! In the morning there is one buffet restaurant and for lunch and dinner you have a la carte, there is no buffet for this but if you have all inclusive you can order as many dishes as you want. The hotel is... More

We stayed at CRZ. Feb, 2015, for 12 nights, on the All inclusive plan ! As a Travel Agent, I have seen & stayed @ numerous All Inclusive Resorts!! I read many reviews & I looked at many photo's of this resort, and others in Huatulco. I know this resort gets some negative reviews, but, when I compared this resort... More

We had stayed here a few years ago. This time I made a reservation for one of the beach front rooms with pool (only ones realy worth it), it was for our aniversary. I made the reservation on their website, then called the hotel to confirm, the reservations employee charged extra and confirmed the beachfront room. Upon arrival the receptionist... More

Great resort in a great location. I believe one of the less populated resorts in the area. Grounds beautiful and well kept. We did the all-inclusive which what I heard, they just started, so I think there was a learning curve happening. Food was good to very good, especially the breakfasts...done to perfection to order. Beach area secluded from other... More

My family and I have stayed in this hotel about seven times before and we had always loved this hotel until this time. I think the hotel was fully booked but definitely not fully staffed. We requested a king size bed because we have a toddler who will roll off any full size bed but were told they weren't any... More
