Overall my stay here was pleasant for what it cost. Good food, view and convenience. The only thing that I did not like is that we left the charger to our camera in the room by accident and we called the hotel asking if they could help us. When I called they had it because the maid had turned it... More

Great location. Decent hotel that is quite dated, but still kept nice. Stayed here couple of different times. Once all inclusive, once not. Food and service average, and being in Acapulco, there's so many awesome places to dine off resort. Probably wouldn't book again if there were other hotels available.. Emporio or Crowne Plaza, just because of the datedness of... More

I went there on November with my family and we had a pleasant stay. It´s a really big hotel, although it´s an old hotel they keep it clean. Rooms are very big and have a nice ocean view. Food was very good and the service as well.

We've been going there for 27 years. It use to be our time share, but we got out of that fiasco and now enjoy being a regular customer. Our friend there, ALBA, and her staff is wonderful and will meet your every need. I have since retired and we have returned the last 10 years to stay for the month... More

Arrival at hotel, took over 1 hour to check in. Food passable. Service quite friendly. Too many people( was there around christmas time) very noisy at night on beach( wedding till 3 am). had to change rooms due to ceiling leak in ceiling. Returned more tired than when i left .

First time to MEXICO and this was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in anywhere. I wasn't expecting much more then the basics, clean room, clean sheets, somewhat good service since I am an American so I expected a slight language barrier. (To be honest the STAFF exceeded my expectations, they were very kind and many did speak pretty... More

It's a good spring break hotel. The place has a lot if miles on it, but it has a fun atmosphere. Most everything is out of date in this hotel. They still have regular keys to all the rooms, which there are many copies around. So, theft is very common here. You can have a wonderful time here, but exhibit... More

Disgusting hotel. Stay away. 1. Check in- took over two hours since buses full of lower class Mexicans arrive every single day during Christmas break. No AC at all. There is a 20 inch tv in the reception area. 2. Staff- Super rude. Staff speaks no English at all. At the pool, the towels lady was very rude and by... More

We've been going to the Playa Suites for over 20 years....in a row. When we arrive it starts with the bellboys, so happy to see us. From there our friend ALBA has taken care of everything we need, from an oceanfront condo (we ask for and receive before arriving) right down to kitchenware. And the bellboys will bring you anything... More

Simply put, best value for your pesos! Beach is amazing, service is great, food is wonderful! Right in the middle of everything you want, your choice has been made! The people of Acapulco welcome you with open arms, no pressure street sales! I've been offered so much help with anything I need. I will return but next time for much... More
