We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding -- Our room was lovely with a tiny balcony and a nice sea view. However, you need to tae two elevators to get to the pool/beach area and from the room hike up stairs to the restaurant. Try not to forget anything in your room! I had read reviews that were... The hotel was very much to my expectations, the view is incredible, the seaside has a beautiful and wide beach. The room was excelent, and the amenities were very nice (tasty chocolates!). However the attention received by one of the concierges named Oyuky Aranza was terrible. She is the most rude person I have ever encountered in high class hotels.... More

I just spent 4 days at the Quinta Real in Acapulco. The hotel is very nicely situated in a very private development which allows for a more secluded small hotel feel versus other larger ones such as the Princess which used to be Fairmont. The service was absolutely excellent, all that you would expect from this boutique style hotel. The... More

Spent 4 nights here to attend a wedding in Acapulco. The location of the hotel is great with high security and a private beach. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms large and all have ocean views. Need to take elevator to the pool and beach area, but this was not a problem. 5 floors of rooms. We were on... More

The property itself is very well maintained and is situated on a hill overlooking Playa Revolcadero, with all rooms offering an ocean view. The room I stayed in was very clean and my family and I slept quite comfortably, but I do want to point out that the AC was somewhat confusing to operate. Staff at this hotel were very... More

The Quinta Real in Acapulco is one of the very few hotels that has a really private Beach, and I mean private. If you travel with children under between 8 and 14 years old is great, since you can enjoy taking the sun and watching them playing in the Beach. Most people think of Quinta Real as a couple destination... More

The hotel has great rooms, all ocean view, very clean and with quite nice details. A place to enjoy and really rest. Personnel is kind and courteous, the only issue I recommend to guests is to ask regarding restaurants service hours. I would also suggest to look nearby restaurants for their menu for lunch and dinner is quite limited and... More

Unfortunately because of the ups and down that Acapulco's tourist industry has had, the hotels have felt this... My husband and I stayed at the Quinta Real this past weekend while in Acapulco attending a birthday party. The Quinta Real once was one of the best but it has been allowed to age in a not so nice way: The... More

The quality of the beach is not very good with burned wood pieces coming from the river close by. I got a strange itchy rash on my legs from the sea water in front of the hotel. There are no coffee machines in the room! The food is ridiculously expensive and not so good. The internet works poorly and there... More

It is an old hotel, located in an ideal location in Diamante. The best part of the hotel is the pool area, reserve a sun shaded cabana early in the morning, great drinks, average and pricey food. The spa is outstanding, the gym has 3 pieces of equipment. The hotel is relatively small, maybe 80 rooms; service is very good.... More
