I booked a last minute trip to acapulco, a getaway weekend that i was idling for months, i booked this place online while on my way to acapulco, on the bus. I arrived late evening, which caused an issue because the place it stills stuck somehow in the 60s , although they have some sort of secretary that takes care... More

Located inside the Jardin Tropical in the most turistic area of Acapulco where the bay probably give the best view of itself. Huge entertainment in the resort. Pool, tennis court, shopping center and a busy bar. Friendly management. Beauty saloon!

My wife and I spent 10 days here in Feb.2013. The staff made you feel right at home. They have a great pool area to relax in. The rooms appear to have been all redone(we stayed here a few years back and it was good). Its the kind of place that you want to hurry back to again. It is... More

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years and am finally getting around to giving it a review. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are kept very clean, and it has one of the best happy hours in town. You have your choice of street facing rooms, garden rooms near the pool and rooms overlooking the tennis... More

Good Value!! First time staying at this hotel. My stay was for 8 weeks. Most of the employees were very helpful and friendly. Pool was nice.. lots of sun and shade. Everything worked OK if any problem it was fixed right away. Security was good. Great happy hour starting at 5:00 PM. Friendly bartenders which do a great job. Met... More

So I spent some time in Mexico City and Cuernavaca in May 2005. Took a bus from Cuernavaca down to Acapulco ($US25) and went to a travel agency. They didn't have ANYTHING left, all the hotels were booked. I had no idea that it was "Semana Santa" (Holy week) in Mexico. Acapulco basically becomes New Orleans/Mardis Gras!!! Students, Drugs, Crime,... More

The a/c was old, noisy and didn't work properly. . The bathroom smelled like cigar smoke. The bar/restaurant was pretty small, no room for more than what, 15 people? The pool was ok but you have to walk one large block to reach the beach. No parking lot for tourists buses available. I didn't actually see any parking lot. Every... More

Worst experience ever! I was so glad to check out the following day. The "air conditioner" was not working at all. We called the front desk and they came up to check it and assured us it was working and to give it time to cool. Well, we waited and waited and it was just not working, SO we had... More

I reserved a "garden room" with their website which was supposed to overlook garden & pool area...it didn't. Got upgraded to a room that overlooked the tennis courts. Still not worth the 70 USD a night in my opinion. Staff is very friendly & helpful (which kept me there). A/C not enough for entire (small) room. Doorknob only lock to... More
