Rooms are large and well furnished. Ask for a corner room and you'll get an incredible view over the bay of Acapulco. The hotel does not cater to Americans. The staff does not speak english. It was very difficult to communicate with the reservation desk and the restuarant staff. The a/c absolutely sucks.
