I absolutely loved the staying at the sherezada. My grandparents have a time-share there for more than 10 years. I've stayed there my last three visits to mexico. The employees are amazing. Some of the most friendly people I've met, especially since we don't even speak the same language. The rooms were kept clean and had a nice view of... more

The place has improved with new furniture and tv sets. I would say stay here now. I live in Acapulco now during the winter. more

I loved it at first but they did a bait and switch on me 3 times. I finally ended up in a ground apartment but they did not spray for ants or keep the furniture repaired. The place was clean but only a view of the pool from all balconies. It was safe. I have not been there for 14... more
