I stayed here a couple years back and had a great stay. The room was incredible in the size and the view was spectacular. The hotel staff was very nice and pleasant and most important helpful in getting me anything I needed to enjoy all of what Acapulco had to offer. This is by far the best value of any... More

the best is the location , right in front of the beach ,clubs and restaurants you will have a million dollar view from your balcony the bad is the noise but only if you pick a room facing the clubs , the rooms in the back are much less noisy the ugly is the rooms , although they are super... More

I am extremley disappointed in this hotel. We booked one night through this website and when we got to Acapulco after a 5 hour bus ride the receptionist was unable to find our reservation. Instead of reassuring us it would be ok not to mention we had proof of payment; she offered to put us in a room, but we... More

I stayed in this hotel not by choice as i was with a group so I had no idea what to expect. We checked in and the bathroom was dirty as were the towels. Which I may add are like 100 years old and they only give you 2. The A/C barely worked so it was humid as hell. The... More

The place had no AC & it is quite humid there. Sleep was disturbed due to this. The towels & toilets were just ok & did not give a nice comfortable feeling. The lifts are terrible with an average waiting time of 10+ minutes. The breakfast options were limited & we chose to go out for breakfast. Internet is available... More

I was pleased with the Hotel for the rate I paid. Yes, I am very aware the clubs across the street are very noisy as I have stayed here years ago. So I brought several pairs of ear plugs and had some wonderful nights sleep. Stayed here 2 weeks this time. Also go a room over by the pool so... More

Overall, I thought this hotel was quite decent. All the rooms have balconies from which you can see the bay, which was probably my favorite part. The beds and furniture were fine, if not new, and the pool was nice enough, though crowded. The hotel has a great location, right in front of the beach (which you can access with... More

The people working at the front desk were rude. The room was dirty and rundown. The hallways were dirty. The elevators were broken so you had to call the front desk every time you want to go downstairs to have someone bring the elevator to up to your floor (imagine what we had to go through when the key to... I stayed at the hotel for 3 night and was very dissappointed. I was on the 14th floor and the elevators would not work so we had to walk down the stairs. I have knee problems so that was very hard. The buffet meals in the restaurant were not that good. I did not think it was that clean of... More
