After 6 stay at this hotel I finaly decided to choose another hotel for my next trip in 2010. Hotel is clean, the food quality serve at the Ritz has declined in the past 2 years without any improovements from comments made to the mangement in he 2 past years. The daily and night activities are never changing as they are... more

We went with my best friend over there to relax and enjoy Acapulco for 2 days and 2 nights The staff was exelent end smilling, the private beach was superb and we were not bothered by the marchands... PERFECT; We get drunk on the beach and enjoy the sun so much! NObody to bother us and that's all we wanted.... more

Feb. 2009 will be the third time for my family and friend at the Acapulco Ritz. Staff simply wonderful and helpful. The only critic I can make is that there is no music on the beach. Food is excellent, rooms are clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel anytime more

We just spent a week at the Ritz Acapulco and enjoyed it very much. Yes, this is not a Ritz as you may normally think of and it is a little outdated, but the many good things about it make this easy to overlook. The staff was outstanding and always very, very helpful. We did speak some Spanish and I... more

Well I read with horror some of the awful reviews, but it was too late to make other plans. Once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Contrary to what others have said, there are plenty of staff who speak English...just not very well. All they are looking for is some effort on your part to speak some Spanish. That literally... more

2 weeks of sun, fun and pina coladas. We stayed here and found the hotel to be fantastic. Not top of the line, but fantastic none the less. The hotel staff can not be beat. Tons of entertainment. Restuarants, club and shopping are totally abundant within an easy walk from this hotel. For the money this all-inclusive hotel can not... more

I always read trip advisor prior to booking a hotel, because I believe tourists are the best reviewers......... I wanted to write this review as a service to fellow tourists that are in the same boat as me. I really didn't like this hotel. We did not like it so much, we checked out the same day and demanded that... more

We have just spent 2 amazing weeks at the Acapulco Ritz. We have stayed at this property many times for many years. The hotel is very, very clean bright and comfortable. The food quality, variety and service is excellent. The staff is exceptional, always smiling, hardworking and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The Animacion staff will... more

Just returned from a one weeks stay at the Ritz. The hotel is kept very clean and the food surprisingly good. Good value for the dollar. The weather in Acapulco is amazing, hot and not a cloud in the sky. Just wish they had a bigger pool as it can get very crowded when there's alot of children. The staff... more
