I enjoy my time in Acapulco. The hotel is fine for the price, the restaurant MUFFINS is super delicious, the view is amazing, the hotel is in remodelation and my room was a new one really really nice! I recomend, ok is not a expensive one four stars, but is a good price, for the place, air conditioner, tv, elevator,... More

Well, stayed here because it was a gift from my wife's uncle. Truly regret taking him up on it. We travel quite a lot and have gone all over the world. This was the absolute worst one of them all. Extremely run down, badly in need of a rehab, face lift, resuscitation. Killed roaches throughout our stay. Brought one down... More

If internet is important to you. This is NOT the place to be. Every day the computer guy was working on the internet and it never became available to me for one whole week. Also, The hotel is across the streets from many bars which play music until 5:00 am. You get to hear that music as if it was... More

If you're looking for a tranquil retreat while vacationing on Acapulco, we would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful Hotel! We stayed in the "Tortuga" superior and it completely met our needs. It was bright, clean, had a spectacular view and provided privacy. Therestaurant was perfect for breakfast and lunches. The ceiling fans and breeze off the ocean kept us... More

If you like to sleep all day and go out until 7 am in the morning then this is the ideal place to go. 2 nd floor opposite the bars on the main drag wasn't the place to be, hard beds concrete would have had more give, an inflatable doll would have given you more help then the staff.

Our family stayed at this hotel and lasted one night. We came affiliated through our timeshare and was assured it was a good trade. But it wasn't. The locks for the rooms were from many years ago and there was no dead bolt installed either. The patio doors didn't even close properly. There are a number of bars across the... More

The architecture is nice. The rooms are big enough. The swimming pool is nice. Is relative cheap (70USD one person). In the "classic" Acapulco Beach.
