I rented a private condo through a friend and the condo was nice. The management at this hotel though is a complete joke. The pool is full of screaming kids and families with babies so you can't really relax in peace and quiet there because it's more of a family with kids type hotel. The management at the front desk... more

We chose this hotel for its location, which is in the middle of bay and close to everything. As soon as you arrive in the lobby you get an awesome view of the bay. When we arrived it was a week day and pretty quiet; check-in went smoothly enough, and we arrived at our room in the north tower. The... more

This hotel has lots of great things about it and lots of really bad things about it. Pros: It is located right on the beach in the middle of the tourist strip. Shops, restaurants and internet café right across the street. Each tower is shaped like a triangle so every room has a beautiful view of the bay. Each room... more

Some good, some bad to this hotel . The good is location , the room was great very nice views of the bay, housekeeping staff smiled and were attentive. The bad is the beach very small, and dangerous- the waves are very powerful and come crashing in engulfing this very very small beach. This hotel is not a good one... more

I went a this hotel with my parents a lot of years. It'a a 3 star hotel, you have for your price. You don't have a lot of activities. If you love beach, don't go at this hotel because you can't walk and the beach is close some days because it's dangerous. The food is not very good, you will... more

I was extremely scared to go there after some of these reviews, but a representative at Sell Off Vacations told me that according to Sunquest's terms and conditions they are unable to change it. So having no other choice we went there hoping that what I read wasn't true. If you looked at the pictures, you would see that the... more

Well we went on our vacation with a negative attitude after some of the negative reviews here and came away very pleasantly surprised. We could not understand where it all came from. We ended up with a 24th floor room. It was really nice and the balcony view of the ocean front was breathtaking. All rooms in this resort have... more
