We just arrived home from El Presidente in Acapulco. I will not spend my hard earned money in Mexico any time soon! This resort is terrible! The people at the front desk are rude. The worst hotel ever. I had a reservation showed them a printout with all the confirmation #s. They told me they that they no idea offered me a downgrade for more money and I had to pay cash. nothing works, the lifts are dangerous, the A/C does not work, the rooms are third world and the food is not for the faint hearted. I stayed one night and moved out immediately.
