So on Spring Break you don't really think about how nice you want your hotel, because it doesn't totally matter anyway, but the Copacabana was way more than I expected! The rooms are really nice and a good size. The pools were great and there were games, pretty good amount of people and fun things to do. Amazing view from... more

The most accomodating hotel that I have staying in while in Mexico. Our check in was scheduled for 3 pm but they let us check in at 10:45 a.m. after we got sent packing from Mayan Palace's 10 a.m. checkout. Don;t get me wrong the hotel isn't the nicest place on earth but it has a great location, excellent staff... more

If you enjoy the smell of vomit and the sounds of overendulged college students this is the place for you. If I was young again this would probably not be so annoying. However, I have become accustomed to sleeping more than two hours a day...so this is not a place I would advise for the 25+ set. In all honesty,... more

We were scared of the reviews for this hotel. I am happy to report that it was not as bad as people have suggested - at least not for us!! That is why I am taking the time to write this. I consider myself to be a person with a certain level of high expectations but I still found that... more

We just got back from a six day trip and stayed at the Copa. We've never been toAcapulco so this was a shot in the dark. I've read all the reviews and figured what the heck! The hotel is clean. We had jr suites and they were nice b/c not only did we have a balcony but we had a... more

We were in Acapulco in Jan 2008, I read the reviews on the Cocabana Hotel and they were not real great I was worried but the price we recieved for all inclusive was worth the try. We had a wonderful time, the food was better than some places I have been in Mexico on the all inclusive. our room was... more

Our group of eleven was moved to Copa after the fire in Playa Suites Best Western. The administrative staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyday in the afternoon they had what we called "crazy/sexy pool games" for the spring breakers. They were a lot of fun and attracted a few hundred of the college age hotel guests to the pool.... more

I must say after reading some of the reviews of other travellers, i was quite afraid of what i encounter upon my arrival, however it was not bad at all. I will give you a run down of my experience.Basically, when travelling to different countries don't expect the same standard of things(not in a bad way) as you would in... more

The hotel is very clean, including the rooms and there's not a speck of dirt and they are always cleaning, the lobby, pool area etc.... more

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and lots of entertainment. The beach was terrible. The hotel is on the bay and there are cesspools of sewage in the culverts directly on the sand on the beach. When you go down to the beach from the hotel and walk to the left you will see the culverts and you can faintly... more
