My friends and I were impressed with the service and facilities at the hotel. We were there for a few rounds of golf and the course there was in great shape. We were very well taken care of and I would recomend this hotel. more

We spent three days at this hotel before our Panama Canal cruise. Beautiful flora and fauna but the first room they gave us had a mildew smell so we changed to an only slighly better smelling room. The hotel is isolated and you are therefore dependant upon the hotel's restaurants for food. One night we spent over $ 60 US... more

Great place to vacation, if your not on a tight budget, the extras can be overwelming. We traveled thru a tour operador under the "almost all inclusive" package. It was a great because we got a awsome deal, talking to other people staying at this hotel on a night per night basis your looking at 300 dollars a night US... more

We spent 4 nights at the Fairmont Acapulco Princess. It was our vacation and our Anniversary. We had a great time. First we scheduled a highly recommended taxi and tour guide before we arrived. He was there to pick us up and he took us on a city tour. We highly recommend him..his name is Sebastian Hernandez...you can contact him... more

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights prior to a cruise. The service and accomodations were excellent. The Italian restaurant on the property provided great food at a reasonable price. more

The context: We used Trip Advisor to plan our trip to Acapulco and it was extremely helpful. My intent is to write a really useful review, and to do that you need to have the context of our trip. I don't know why Trip Advisor doesn't make it easier to search by categories such as family, singles, couples, etc. We... more

This is a great hotel with excellent facilities, food is great and with a lot of options to chose from, there is even a coffee shop inside. Several activities take place on the beach and it has its own discotheque. When I visit it was in the middle of a restructure, but still the service was good. The only thing... more

This is a resort complete with everything you would need on-site. Everything was top-notch and we were treated like royalty by the staff. Its been a while since I have seen so many smiling faces eager to serve. Our room was a complimentary upgrade to a huge 1 bedroom suite with the best balcony I have ever seen in the... more

The front desk and wait staff were efficient, attentive, cooperative and so clearly pleased to have me there. The pools have those ledges going all the way around so that you can lie on them, being partly under water, but still suntanning. Good experience. more

Stayed there for 3 days during the last days of summer. The hotel was almost empty which it was nice when it came to selecting a chair by the pools. The hotel has 3 pools, however one was close since they are updating one of the two towers and the pool is near it. The hotel is 30 years old... more
