I stayed at this hotel to celebrate Mexican independence day. When we arrived there was a lot of people checking in, nevertheless the service was fast and we had our room in less than 15 minutes. Room was good, with a spectacular view to the sea, amenities were standard but the bathroom was very big, two sinks, a big wardrobe... More

Loved the grand room with big bed and awesome bathroom. The view of the ocean was breathtaking as well as the balcony to the room is perfect to enjoy the sunset with sip of coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they make you very comfortable in all your interactions. The pool is small but very clean with... More

Front desk: They were quite fast for the check in, we got there 3 hours prior to the check in time and since they already had the room ready we were given the keys right away. The only bad thing we encountered there is the check out time was due at 12pm, although you could leave at 2pm with no... More

GREAT ROOMS. Very spacious, large bathroom, new furniture, huge tv screen and EVERY ROOM HAS A BALCONY AND A PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW! NICE POOLS. GREAT PINA COLADA for a very good price of about 6 USD. SERVICE OK. BREAKFAST was very good, but the restaurant is small and when hotel got full, there was quite a large waiting line. BEACH.... More

Had a great time in a wonderful hotel. Great location overlooking the bay. Plenty to do in the area with some breath taking scenery. The La Quebrada Cliff Divers well worth a visit. Some fantastic night spots in the hills overlooking the bay.

The rooms are comfortable and ok from a cleanliness perspective. The view can't be beaten. Security is excessive and the policy of not being able to bring outside food and drink in is ridiculous. Also, the need to wear a blue wrist band at all times during your stay is childish and actually appalling from a security perspective. Why would... More

We had to wait for at least over an hour when checking because they could find our booking/reservation that I booked through hotelclub.com.au Apparently their reservation office is closed on a weekend & they will have to check with them the next day which is Monday. That Sunday, the place was chock a block, people are coming from everywhere to... More
