This place is about as relaxing as staying in a back alley full of pickpockets. No one there seems to care about nor was willing to sort out any of our problems. I started fighting with the staff the moment I walked into the lobby. They claimed our reservation didn’t include breakfast although our reservation clearly said that breakfast was... More

We do NOT recomment anyone staying here, even if the price is right. The hotel itself has seen better day, the food in the buffet was marginal. The hotel does not allow guests to bring any snaks from outside to hotel room, parking $9.50 a day, internet 13.50 taxi to Walmart or Condesa $14 If you come to Acapulco, choose... More

My 23 year old daughter and I went for a girls' weekend, and we loved everything about this trip. First, took the advice of other reviewers, and hired a driver ahead of time, Sabastian Hernandez, to pick us up at the airport. Since we were two women traveling alone, I wanted to I feel safe, have someone who spoke English,... More

The hotel is located away from the downtown but close to the airport and the new Diamante section of Acapulco. Once checked in the room was average and then we realized how expensive all the services are. The hotel does NOT allow guests to bring ANY food items into the room/hotel from the outside. For example I had to leave... More

Spent four nights at the hotel located in the "Zona Diamante" in a somehow hidden bay between airport and the city. Access to the zona requires passing a check-point. The vegetation is beautiful, lush green tropical and even contains some remarkable animals such as "oso hormiguero", I saw one cross the road. The road leading to the hotel is extremely... More

We stayed at this hotel for one week in December 2009. From the moment we arrived at the entrance the bell hop just grabbed our bags without even asking if we would like help. This hotel is always nickel and dimeing it. The location is down the side of the mountain on a very steep winding rought road, so you... More

Away from hectic town of Acapulco, wonderful friendly service, several swimming pools, views of Acapulco Bay, clean, quiet -- wonderfully relaxing understated Mexican charm. More

My husband and I wanted a place where we could enjoy being with each other and the Camino Real was perfect for just that! It is a small gem tucked away in a private neighborhood of the Diamond coast (Puerto Marquez). Because it is not located near the main Acapulco Bay, it is a bit more pricey to get out... More

A little bit out of the way, but well worth it... no concerns about wild spring breakers making noise, and well away from HRC and Hooters. This spot is ideal for anyone looking for a nice break with exceptional staff, nice rooms, and superb food. More

Lovely hotel with a GREAT staff., just enough staff spoke english to get by. This hotel was maintained well and kept very clean. You have to take a cab everywhere, this cost 120 to150 pasos each way. Paying the extra for Club level is well worth the Happy Hour 6-8 (we believe the nuts are recycled), it also includes breakfast... More
