This hotel belongs to the famous Mexican boutique/design hotels grupo Habita. Their design is always a beauty, but when it comes to the experience, they come out short. The rooms are spacious and clean, plus the AC works. I give u that. The amenities changed from a Malin + Goetz line to a Dr.Brommers, to a Mexican honey concoction used... More

Simply is the worst hotel I have stayed. Poorly managed, good concept though, the people at front desk was friendly, but the location its terrible, the staff from the restaurant prefers to sit in the palapa instead of offering drinks to the guests at the pool. The manager complains and act as a snob guest instead of managing correctly the... More

The hotel is not in a very nice area. But if you plan to stay all the time it's the perfect place. Food is reeeeeally good and the hotel is very nice. Good spa. Service at the pool needs to improve. Hotel needs to include coco in their drinks and menu. Also TV's in the room are tiny 😔.

Fantastic hotel, 50's vibe from the furniture to the atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want to experience a different side of acapulco. The Spa is very pleasant and has 3 Jacuzzi with view on the ocean. Also nice restarurant with a good selection of food. perfect for a 2 days getwaya

Great place, clean rooms, well maintained grounds and all, Reallllly friendly staff - the best there are! But BUT once 6 pm hits, this place is dead, empty.... no ambiance nothing... it is really sad to see this great place miss the mark. Outdoor lighting could really enhance the place. Then again, this is Caleta, once you leave the front... More

This place has undergone renovations that put it back in the 50 s of Acapulco glamour era. It's difficult getting here, since there is really only one major road in and out of Acapulco from Mexico city and the airport. That means you want to avoid rushhour or spend hours, literally, in trafficjams. Once at the hotel that's hidden away... More

I travel around the world with the aim to find exclusive and authentic hotel for leisure. Acapulco is not an ocean city which I find appealing. But the sun is there with very friendly local population. I find Hotel Boca Chica (meaning small Bay) on the web site design hotels and also recommend by a friend hotel manager from a... More

Boca Chica does not only have a great service which makes sure you are always comfortable it is also a time travel machine which takes you back to its golden age during the 50´s. There is nothing missing in this place, you will not want to leave.

A fabulous haven tucked away in a corner of Acapulco, far from the craziness of the main drag along the beach. A must for design fans, it's a very chic reworking of a vintage property full of style and charm.

We stayed a couple of night at Boca Chica just after our wedding and the hotel is wonderful. It's like a time machine back to Acapulco in the 50s. The room was nice and clean and we especially liked the detail with the mint spray used by the cleaning staff. We stayed in the beach suite and I must say... More
