Decor is typical quinta real - heavy faux spanish colonial style which is sort of incongruous in a bland desert town full of low rent american fast food chains! Still, hotel is comfy, huge rooms, luxurious bathrooms. Only complaint, I found the room slightly chilly during the night and couldn't find an easily accessible extra blanket. Reasonably near centre of... More

The Quinta Real is a great place to stay in Saltillo. We were there on business and had a great room and service, and the hotel amenities were very good. Convenient location, easy to find, we would definitely stay there again. Compared to some of the other Saltillo choices, I would rate them higher than their rating here on TA.

I travelled to Saltillo on business so needless to say that it was an expense paid trip. This is supposedly the best hotel in town and it definitely looked like one! It looked very rich with its interior decoration and was spotless and excellently maintained. We were even offered a welcome champagne! The only issue I had was being allotted... More

The hotel Quinta Real in Saltillo is beautiful! The room is big, clean and elegant. The breakfast was good, but pricey. We wanted to have breakfast buffet on Sunday at 8:30am, before we leave to the airport. That was not possible, since the buffet opens at 10am. They offered a breakfast a la carte, but it was too expensive. The... More

If you're going to Saltillo, this is the place to stay at. Quaint and elegant. Receptionist was real nice. All the amenities needed were available. Just stayed a night for a wedding but rooms are big and real comfy, and everything was clean EXCEPT: Something really gross, was that BOTH the glasses in the bathroom still had the white toothpaste... The property itself is very nice and elegant, the location is not pretty, it is convenient but there are no trees in sight , we got rooms 303 and 305 and the view was not nice, ask for a view at pool area if that is important to you, the rooms are very nice, clean and very large, they have... My wife and I stayed at this hotel that supposedly is one of the best in Mexico... this is our experience: Called in a week before to make a reservation but provided no credit card number, lady on the phone said that if we wouldn't provide a credit card number within 24 hours the reservation would be cancelled. (Because the... More

The food, the weddings reception, the brunch, the room, everything is comfy and great. It totally worth it!!! It may not be the cheapest place in town, that's for sure, but if you like to stay in places like they were your own house, the staff does the job!!!

I spent two nights at the Hotel. The service was very good. I arrived quite early in the morning and they let us check in without any additional charge. The rooms did not disappoint, very elegant and the beds very comfortable with many nice small details such as good quality creams, soaps, etc. The only thing that could definitely improve... More

I spent four nights there and was overall very impressed with the hotel; great rooms, the restaurant and bar is very well served, and overall the facilities are superb. My gripe with the hotel and why I rate it below excellent is the attention to detail in areas such as the fitness center. Good equipment and superb location close to... More
