very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and quiet atmosphere, they have coffee and cookies 24/7. I stayed with alll my family for a cousins wedding. The room had a kitchen and living room. I would stay again.

Comfy, easy access to at least 5 good restaurants, and god parking and gym services, the exit to the highway during the work week is not easy after 6:45am as trafic is intense and can take you up to 10 minutes to get out and across to U-turn back to Saltillo, however overall experience is worth it.

The loby and the building is nice but the rooms are in need of remodeling and repair. The location is good, walking distance to 5 good restaurants. I visit Saltillo often on business but I will choose another hotel if they do not fix up their rooms.

Stayed here for business for the week. Great place, breakfast and staff. Included is the gym complex behind the hotel if you need more than what the hotel gym offers. Good hotel, rooms ok big ad well made , moquette on he floor not really clean... a small gym but good, verygood the sport center with 25mt pool.. breakfast good full of food you can have a lunch instead of breakfast. The lobby offer some sweet and caffe', two ipad on the desk for free use...internet is quite fast.

Nice decoration, excelent service, very comfortable suites and beds and kitchenette. Delicious breakfast buffet included. Indoor pool. Spa with all services (none included, of course!) Very good restaurants and excercise center at walking distance. Could live here for months!

we had great room, actually a suite with bedroom and separate living room and kitchen area. TV's in both rooms,and in the kitchen area, a, microwave, frig. ,coffee maker. Well, we arrieved and the clerk took 20 minutes to give us the electronic key and guess what, the room was busy! She gave us another key and the room was also busy (seriously)! She said "it is because the system failed". Finally we got a room and but there were nosiy customers doing a barbecue on the hotel terrace... More

We stayed for 8 nights with our 18 month baby. The hotel was wonderful. The room was so much nicer than the pictures shown here. We had down comforters, the room was renovated and very clean.
