We have been staying at this hotel for years on our way from Dallas to San Miguel de Allende. It is super clean, super safe (parking lot, fenced with a 24 hour guard and gated). Hello I have been staying here for the past month. I been working nights an I told the front desk . Please no room service untill akter 4;00p.m. But everyday they call my room and ask if I would like room service between 1;00 and 3;00p.m. I had to disconnect the phone which is not safe case of a emergry... more

Being new in Saltillo, i went for this place , if I had known better I would have stayed at a regular house or apprtment in saltillo, rooms here are not all that nice, they smell funny (at least mine and one other did) they may be heavily fumigated or i dont know what, but still i could have gotten... more
