We stayed the night on our way to Mazatlan and we were happy with our choice. My first time staying with the chain and I would do it again. Nice clean place with a great location close to the highway out of town. Having a single bungalow was also nice.

The restaurant food is fantastic! Front desk attendants are useless. Room was dirty. Terrible breakfast. No fridge in room. Wifi coverage is choppy at best, great when you need to make business calls.

The "casita" style layout could be confused as "motel," but the room was comfortable. Not all rooms have a/c, so pay attention when booking. The sliding glass door was unlocked on arrival and the lock was broken, but Mexico is all about improvisation, so (pro travel tip!) for extra security, the curtain pull rods fit perfectly into the door tracks.... Well, let's start with what i liked. Free wifi, place seemed very quite, room was spacey, room had sliding glass door opening into a open grass area in the complex. And AC worked fanastically. The bathroom was quite roomy as well, with a walkin style shower. Was in room 452 The list of what was not good is much longer,... More

This hotel is structured in an interesting way. Most of the rooms are spread over courts, some of them bearing parks with trees, other ones are parking places. Rooms have separated doors, motel style, and often have a big window-door too, with a small terrace (seldom with furniture). This gives a nice sense of cabins, which is extremely cozy. But... More

I remember this hotel from my childhood, very fondly. Before the drug cartels were in the area and all the non-sense that was taking place as it is today, this was way back in the 80's and 90's. When you didn't need to worry about driving down the road for a roadtrip all the way to Cancun from the US... More

5 people from my company were sent here for a month. When we arrived we were initially very impressed. The reception staff were fantastic and we were checked into our rooms within a matter of a few minutes. The staff helped us to our rooms with our bags and made sure we had everything we needed. After having a look... More

Strange combination of comfortable and careless. They've done the big things -- attractively remodeled, wonderful bed -- but ignored too many little things that matter -- too little lighting, no hand towels, no soap, caulking by a five year-old. Fabulous buffet breakfast, but undrinkable, weak coffee. Worst on an almost completely empty Sunday night, we're housed next to very loud... More

Driving from Guadalajara, Jalisco to the U.S. border, we were really looking forward to a nice night's stay at the Camino Real in Saltillo. This is a very upscale hotel chain in Mexico and we have never been disappointed in them before. This was a huge disappointment. After a long day of driving, the bar was closed (this was not...
