Hotel was much nicer and larger than it looked from the street. Very secure & private courtyard/parking. Room was large and well-furnished. Plenty of hot water. 1 block to Alameda Park and a few blocks from the Cathedral de Santiago. Desk spoke some English.

Beautiful exterior---room #209 with 2 double beds was ok but ac not so effective & ceiling fan had no accessible chain to turn on--friendly staff---quiet location 2 blocks from main street between Alameda Park and the Cathedral; probably will try a different hotel next time but definetly adequate...

Stopped in Saltillo after crossing the border at Neuvo Laredo. this hotel has secure, courtyard parking and a downtown location. Room was 525 pesos ($40). Whole building was attractive, yet, on closer inspection, rather run-down. Both ice-machines were out of order, courtyard fountain wasn't running, a few chipped tiles in otherwise lovely tile floors - seemed as though maintenance had... More
