This is a standard-fare hotel. Nice size room with both kings and doubles. A previous reviewer stated problems with unclean rooms and less that hospitable staff. My experience is completely opposite. I don´t have any complaint with HHiltons Nuevo Laredo service. My experience begins at NLaredo´s airport when you arrive your plain HHilton service begins. more

My fiance, a Mexican citizen, and I stay here regularly. The service is great -- of course, being a regular they now greet us by name -- and the breakfasts are wonderful. I have to go to Neuvo on business about five times a year. Every time I have stayed at this hotel I have had horrible service; dirty rooms, rude desk and hotel staff and poor mangament staff more
