Stayed here for one night. Safi was very expensive for that night so figured HGI would be a safe bet. Wrong. Strange location as noted in previous reviews. Absolutely filthy hallway carpeting. Room carpeting disgusting as well, but not as visible due to different pattern. Couldn't even see out the filthy windows. Beds were on wheels and slid around. Weird.... More

Not a bad hotel for the price, could improve in a few things. Coffee in the lobby on the weekends and to go coffee cups and lids EVERYDAY. Better towels would be a nice (they felt scratchy and cheap) , and no wash cloths were provided. Foods very good and the staff was great.

a difficult to find hotel, hidden within a large office complex. rooms are fine and breakfast is really good. there is absolutely nothing to do in the surroundings unless you take a taxi or have a car. air condition was outrageously noisy and inefficient, impossible to sleep with. staff was correct.

Took over an hour to find the hotel even after hiring a taxi to lead us. After arriving nothing within walking distance. The construction and street layout in Monterrey are awful. Avoid the city if at all possible.

I stayed there so that i can be ready in the morning to give a speech in one of their meeting rooms. In the morning, people in charge didn´t know which was our room. We started 15 minutes late. It seems that the lady that sold us the event didn´t schedule it. One person from our company visited the hotel... More

All good - English language OK , some minor communication issues; Prompt taxi services; staff had good working knowledge of surrounding area; great breakfast; somewhat confusing to reach the Hotel depending upon the direction and time of time of day traveing.

For starters, if you like to walk from your hotel to a coffee shop, a deli, maybe a local market, mall, etc., this is NOT the hotel for you. We stayed here because business was literally right next door. But other than a bank, there's nothing around to warrant a walk. You're right next to the highway so you'll have... More

The room was a bit musky and stale. When checking in, the sales colleague of mine who frequents Monterrey said that he picked the wrong hotel (was intending to book a different Hilton property). The staff were nice, but the facilities were just sub-par. I would suggest looking for a different place to stay, but this is serviceable in a... More

Overall the hotel was good except for the breakfast area being small and plates not being picked up on time leaving you wondering if all tables are occupied. The staff was friendly, quick check in and out. The bed was very comfortable and the internet speed was great! The room was clean and other than A/C noise it was quiet... More

This is the third time that I stay here and it's always the same thing with this place. A door handle here, most of the equipment broken. Elevator railing falling down. The room was very clean and the entire staff was very nice. It just seems that this place has no management direction. Over all, a little out of the... More
