I stayed on this hotel on february 2nd and 3rd 2013. The staff was not helpful, even careless. The prices on the Room Service menu were not "updated". The room was noisy. There is a "satisfaction guarantee policy" which when I asked the staff the had no idea how to honor it.

The hotel itself is good enough, most definitely a mid-level 3 star hotel. However, I did have a few complaints about the room itself - my shower never got hot, only luke warm.
