This is a nice reliable clean well-cared for hotel. My wife and I stayed there for the week before Easter; during the first half of the week the clientele seemed to be business people, and towards the weekend it was full of families with small children. We were on the 6th Floor, which seemed to have been recently redecorated -... More

Average service, the rooms are always well cleaned and room service is efficient. The buffet at the hotel restaurant is nice and has variety. There's a problem with the WiFi (we were at the 5th floor and didn't get good signal) and outdoors noise is annoying.

I stayed here because it is close to La Escena (concert hall) and the price for one night was fair. The hotel is quite old (carpet, bathroom and furniture) but the service and amenities are fine. Room was clean, facing a busy street. Concert ended up late and unfortunately there was (is?) a construction going on right across the street.... More

What a great place, used this as a base for exploring Monterrey and surrounding. The name gives the style of the place away and that is of a Spanish mission, room was absolutely huge and the bed massive even by US standards .Only had breakfast here and that was fine,so many dining options available. Our favourite was on a little pier where the fish... For the price paid ($61 including tax), this was a terrific choice for my friend and me on our trip this week to Monterrey. The hotel is older, yes, but it was very clean and very comfortable. If you are looking for an upscale, luxury hotel, then pay the $100-$200 for that type of accommodation. This hotel was advertised as... More

This hotel is well located, close to shopping and restaurants, only 5 minutes from the main Plaza and 15 minutes (walk) for Santa Lucía's River. Excellent service for good price. Great place to stay and relax for some time, free parking

This is a hotel that ''does what it says on the tin''. Well located, on Padre Mier, only 5 minutes from the main Plaza, and close to shopping and restaurants. It's not luxury, but it's comfortable. Rooms are more than adequate, with shutters and blinds to keep out traffic noise. Good, free parking. Adequate WiFi internet [also free]. Good breakfast... More

I followed the reviews from travelers before me, and found what they said is far from true. The hotel is dark and old, it seems like the owners were very proud of the property during the 80¨s and never went back to keep it updated. The only updated appliance in my room was a flatscreen, other than that, everything is... More
