i was not very happy at all we reserved for 2 nights with a king size bed and because we didn't show up on time out king size bed was given up. i don't think that is fare that was the whole pupose of us booking it ahead of time to avoid this problem i feel like they owe me... More

I have just returned from my seven days trip in Mexico and can't forget those luxurious moments spent in Jolet Hotel. We were a group of seven friends and all of us really enjoyed a lot. That comfy bed, well-appointed room and view from the balcony, all were great. Breakfast was good and staff always greeted us with a smile.... More

This hotel is a dump. Rooms are awful, smell musty and old. Not clean. I saw a cockroach. The cafeteria is disgusting. They say they renovated but it doesn't look like it all. Seems it was built in the 19th century. Awful staff, horribly run. The owner must not be a businessman.
