I had the worst time here. I stayed from the 2nd to the 5th, and I promise that not once did they change the sheets, the towels, and even the foam cups. Some days the trash was not thrown out and other days there was no hot water. Since I rented two connecting rooms, my friends complained about the same things including that their bathroom did not flush. I stayed here in January, where the temp dropped dramatically, but since we are from up North, we are used to this type of weather. But the AC had its own temp, we couldnt change it and only the heater would come on.

I never write reviews but I just hope that someone takes my advise on this hotel so that they dont have to go through what my friends and I had to. Dont get me wrong, I love this city. But I will never stay again in this hotel.

Nicer than what you would expect from a "howard johnson", more like a Hilton type hotel. It included breakfast, which was full service and delicious. The air was nice and cold!!!! Altogether a good experience. Not a lot of ambience or local "feel", but it worked out. Very well situated, close to the MARCO, to the subway, close to the Barrio Antiguo. more
