Multiple stays on this property. Staff and location keep me coming back. This is a very nice hotel at a good cost, great for bus. Travel. Features excellent breakfast to get day started right. Generous size clean rooms.

Hotel Safi is well located across from a good shopping center full of eating places and shops; this is good for foreigners who would not otherwise venture around the city on foot. Hotel is a bit "pretentious" at the lobby level, but rooms and hallways is where they saved their money; these are totally outdated and could use an immediate... More

Stayed here 1 night on a drive through to Canada. Excellent service by all staff. Bell captain was there immediately to help us park and guide us to reception. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has a very classic appearance inside and especially in the main dining room. Waiting staff were attentive and helpful too. Very minor problem... More

I had to go down Mexico in a travel trip and I decided to stay in this hotel, my first impression was I had the feeling to be at Rome or on these luxury hotels in Spain or Paris, so that was good until I got the reception desk, a little bit rude and indifferent to my needs, then at... More

Stayed here recently. The room was very large and airy, very well appointed with an excellent spacious bathroom, always kept very, very clean. Service was very good. Wi-fi is also excellent. The reception staff can be somewhat curt at times, the same goes for the restaurant clerking staff, who for some reason seem to work on the principle that every... More

Was here a weekend regarding a weeding, very pleased about the stay, had a Royal de Lux room that was big with a nice bathroom. Very good bed, good food from the room service and guess it's the same kitchen that makes the food that you get at the pool, so was very pleased about the food and the drinks.... More

This is my second stay at the Hotel and I can confirm a previous review that reserving a room can be problematic. I reserved on leaving, however, when I tried to confirm they denied all knowledge of the reservation, my Company tried to contact them and it took numerous efforts to get a response. The rooms are excellent, large and... More

Worst experience ever. Front desk staff are not well trained . My reservation was done online, thru there own website, and they insisted it was done thru a third party company. Did not want to honor the 2 rooms i had reserved and the promotions posted on their own website. After arguing with them for almost 40 minutes, management team... More

We enjoyed staying in this hotel with too exceptions. The room was pleasant with, unusually, two sinks . The breakfast buffet was well stocked, although some staff seemed more interested in collecting the breakfast voucher than providing good service. There is free wifi in the lobby, although it is intermittent. The place has a clean and fresh feel to it... More
