Clean, excellent service, convenient in center of city. Plenty of parking space. This was our third stay at this hotel and it will not be our last one. I recommend this hotel to anyone whom visit Monterrey.

This is truly one of the most exquisite hotel experiences I have had. And (pardon me for not researching the area and the hotel up front) it was so far above my expectations that I had to take a tiny step back to just enjoy the view of the hotel starting out. Unfortunately I was there only for a short... More

Old world style. Rooms were comfortable. Great buffet and located right across from a few very nice restaurants as well. Service was attentive without being intrusive. I loved the buttons they had on the restaurant tables where you could buzz your waiter for the bill

There are more better hotels in the area than this one. but you get a good price for the quality of the hotel. You get to choose from 2 towers the new tower expensive and the old tower about 50 dlls cheaper. The receptionist gave us 3 different prices and finally settled on 1800 pesos which is around 150 dlls.... More

Staff is very friendly, but they lie to you constantly. Booked 2 queen beds. At check-in, the front desk tells us 2 double beds. We complain & they say ok, we'll switch you to 2 king beds. When we got to the room in Tower II, there were 2 double beds. With no other vacancy in the hotel, we had... More

First, the front desk was trying to give us a room inferior to what we have booked. Second, the card keys had to be remagnitized every day. Stay in this area only if you really need be in downtown - there are no decent restaurants outside, and the one on premises is very expensive by Mexican standards. Breakfast was generous,... More

I've stayed here several times and love it. The only draw back is location. I don't feel secure going for a walk by myselft when it's dark, I've seen people fighting and weird stuff going on around the area

For a very quick trip to Monterrey I wanted to find a location close to the Obispado and Centro without being too far from San Nicolas, where we were attending a family event. We opted for Safi and are quite pleased with our choice. From the valet attendants, to the check-in counter, we received excellent service. The rooms are spacious... More

This is a beautiful hotel with an old fashion grandeur. The lobby area with adjacent restaurant and bar is majestic in strange kind of away but it works. Excellent breakfast buffet. Overall good service from check-in to the bar and breakfast. The rooms are of decent size. The bathroom is pretty big too. The beds are comfortable.

This is a stone hotel. Decoration and building are weird and in my opinion exaggerated and not that nice. However the bed was great and the room was excellent. Great bathroom and good amenities. Service at check in was painfully slow and food at restaurant average. Prices are ok. Good for the center of the city.
