My experience in this hotel was GREAT! I had to fly to Juarez, for immigration purposes so I started to make some research and readings about other hotel's but I am glad I end up choosing this one. Clean rooms, Fast Internet, Cable, and the continental breakfast is pretty good. The location is very close to the consulate, medical clinics,... More

PROS: The breakfast is AWESOME and the cleaning staff are excellent. It is located very close to the US Consulate. On your way back, a $6 peso (less than $.50) bus ride brings you back. CONS: Management staff are not very smart or don't know what is happening in their hotel (or don't care). My room had broken fridge, broken... More

It is a great hotel. I did some readings on how there were a cheaper hotels; but, I am glad i was not exposed. Great hotel and like I always say : better safe then sorry when it comes to my family. I stayed at this hotel for 8 days with my husband. The main issues we experienced was that the breakfast was the SAME EXACT THING EVERYDAY. Plain eggs and refriend beans. No hot sauce or anything! Also, They only gave one wash cloth during the whole stay and the maid explained that they only give one. She was nice enough... More

We were here April 2 to April 10. Visit took longer than expected due to holidays. Easter and administrative days at consulate delayed delivery of paperwork but it got done finally on Friday. At one point we were told no rooms available but we were able to book online same suite we had, thank goodness. Shuttle day driver Eugenio is... More

Juarez got a bad reputation from stories passed on. We were not bothered or threatened once the 9 days we were there for immigration issues. I would like to mention Salvidore Lorenzo Jesus Benny and the maid as well as kitchen staff. Hard workers that took great care of us. if your staying here one word TIP PEOPLE! These people... More

I'm going to be 100% honest with you, if your coming to Juarez for immigration purposes don't stay here! There are plenty of hotels that are closer that don't charge anymore than La Quinta. We arrived March 16 and stayed through March 20.The guy at the front desk in the morning always looks like he hates his job if you... More

The hotel is average in every way except Internet speed is very slow. Front Desk told me they would give me a special PW for the faster Internet but lied it was the the same PW they gave everyone else. Breakfast are is small and expect to stand up sometimes. Food is not exciting. No potatoes no meat. Staff is... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days for immigration matters. I must say that this hotel is Excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Rosie who always had a smile as you walked the lobby area. Jesus at the reception area, always very helpful. BERNARDO.... one of the drivers who work from 2-10pm is... More
