Mildew in the shower, they don't know what a vacuum is, really bad shape hotel. Nasty, in every single aspect. Has odor in open areas and in "non-smocking" room it smells as well. Please see my pictures .... Don't believe in hotel pictures. This hotel is falling apart.

It's a nice and comfortable business hotel with accessible rates. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The service was good and friendly. The breakfast is good and and rich but the breakfast hours are too short . It's a good choice where you can't make any mistake.

dont stay on this hotel, the hotel smells once you walk in, and this is because the air conditioner is not working efficiently. Once you get to the room (its clean, and nice) yet the towels instead of being white look dirty and yellow!!!! its not well maintained! the air conditioner sucks!!!! dont stay here!

My wife spoke to the front desk, she is from Juarez, so there was no laguage barrier, and was promised connecting rooms. We got there and the connecting rooms were rented out, even though we had paid in advance as well. The young man behind the counter was simply unhelpful, and useless to deal with the situation. Don't trust whatever... More

close to the airport and driving distance to the city's center, the Real Inn in Ciudad Juarez offers great value for the business travel. Open wide rooms, nicely decorated with big windows overseeing el paso or to the park on the other side. The hotel also offers a restaurant, which needs to expand its food offering and a gym, which... I've stayed here many times over the past four years. There has been a gradual deterioration of the facility over time. This perticular time the hotel was very quiet, many empty rooms. My room was not clean to my standards, carpet with accumulation of dirt, towels aged, bed sheets very worn. Gym equipment aged, no TV in gym. Newpapers in... More

Stayed 5 nights. A little far from downtown but close to nice mall. Many good restaraunts around. The staff at the hotel were very good. I felt safe at this hotel. A little pricey, but I was very comfortable.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days and since camino real hotels are really nice, we decided to book there. Omg!!!! Front desk ladies were always mood and in a rush, rooms were hot hot hot , like 85 degrees and even though you have a thermostat in your room, they end up controlling the temperature,... More

The hotel staff spoke very little English, and understood even less. When asking about the shopping plaza they sent us to an enclosed mall when we asked for the open air plaza. The breakfast buffet on Saturday was less than expected. We paid for 2 nights in advance and were so disappointed we left after the fitst night.
