I have been going to Mexico for the last 18 years and have stayed at the Hotel Colonial all but one time. The rooms are always clean, employees friendly, grounds and pools(2 standard and one wading) are kept very clean and the whole compound is very secure. Not such a spectacular place. It was clean, modern, secure. The pool was nice, clean, kid friendly. Breakfast bar was standard. Why put up with a snooty desk clerk? Once again, it was a great experience to stay at Hotel Colonial. The room was very nice and clean, employee's are friendly and helpfull.
